PROSPECT believes making buildings is a collaboration between many to create fundamental, timeless solutions.  We are committed to a working process that begins by listening and assembling the right team.  Each project requires unique, responsible design that we ensure is carried out beautifully, effectively and efficiently.  Thoughtful attention is paid to use, context and detail from first concepts to final execution.  We take pride in fostering positive relationships; both because it makes the process enjoyable and so that our optimism and energy become embedded in the things we make.

PROSPECT works in different capacities and at different scales.

It takes far more than good design to create great spaces and places.  Understanding zoning, permitting processes, construction and current economic climate are all critical to determine the right approach for a successful project.  Our multi-faceted approach allows us to take on a range of work from small projects bound up in logistical intricacies to larger projects with greater creative and strategic demands.

PROSPECT can act as a single point of contact for your project from start to finish.

Every project has a unique set of circumstances, from historical status to challenging existing conditions to the particulars of financing and schedules.  By devoting an experienced leader to your project from the outset, all of this information is held in one place.  This allows us to keep the process tight, and transparent, with no question as to the status of a project at any given time.

PROSPECT caters the process to a client’s desired level of energy and time commitment.

Some clients enjoying getting into the details with us, be it permitting, construction or specifying finishes.  Others prefer distance between themselves and the process.  We will work together with you to establish a framework for the execution of the design and construction based on your needs and our relevant experience.
